On Wednesday, 30 July 2008, starting at 12.30 hrs, there took place the public bid for contracting the building works for the new headquarters of the Protection and Guard Service. 

The assigning documentation was requested by and provided for the following companies:

1.    S.C. CONCAS S.A. BUZĂU
2.    S.C. UTI INSTAL CONSTRUCT S.A.
3.    S.C. AEDIFICIA CARPAŢI S.A.
4.    S.C. ROTARY CONSTRUCŢII S.R.L.
5.    R.A.  RASIROM
6.    S.C. BOG’ART S.R.L

Until the date, time and place of opening the bids that were indicated in the participation announcement no. 51341/06.05.2008 and the assigning documentation, the following bids have been submitted:
1.    S.C. ROTARY CONSTRUCŢII S.R.L. in assiciation with S.C. CONCAS S.A. BUZĂU and with S.C. UTI INSTAL CONSTRUCT S.A.
2.    S.C. BOG’ART S.R.L. in assiciation with R.A.  RASIROM
3.    S.C. AEDIFICIA CARPAŢI S.A. in assiciation with S.C. CONTIM S.R.L. and with S.C. ROMTEST ELECTRONIC.
After the bids have been opened and the minutes of the opening meeting have been sent to all the bidders, all the received documentation will be checked with a view to asessing the bids and issuing the adjudication decision by the designated commission.   

According to the legal provisions on public procurement, the Protection and Guard Service publicly announced its intention to contract building works for its new headquarters, publishing the announcements of  intent no. 4441 of 27.03.2007 and no.7720 of 04.10.2007 in SEAP (Sistemul Electronic de Achiziţii Publice/ The Public Procurement Electronic System).

On 6 May 2008, the announcement of participation no. 51341 was published in SEAP, ensuring the free access of all companies interested in submitting their bids for the open bid organized by the Protection and Guard Service.

The bid took place at the headquarters of the Protection and Guard Service, Calea 13 Septembrie no.1-3, sector 5, Parliament Palace, B3 wing.
