Following the legal procedures regarding the public acquisition, the assessment committee opened the proposals forwarded by the societies interested in the process of carrying out the technical project of the execution (architecture, structure, installations) for the new SPP premises.

In order to carry out this project 6 societies have requested the technical conditions: S.C. MODERN C.M. S.R.L., S.C. ELECTROPROIECT S.A., RASIROM R.A., S.C. CARPATI PROIECT S.R.L., S.C. IPTANA S.A. and S.C. PROCEMA INSTALATII S.R.L..

RASIROM R.A. in association with S.C. CARPATI PROIECT S.R.L. has offered 3.494.000 RON without V.A.T.

S.C. MODERN C.M. S.R.L. and S.C. ELECTROPROIECT S.R.L., associated have offered 2.995.000 RON without V.A.T.

S.C. IPTANA S.A. and S.C. PROCEMA INSTALATII S.R.L. haven’t sent their offer.

The two proposals shall be analyzed by the assessment committee from SPP together with the unit for coordination and checking of the public acquisitions from the Ministry of Economy and Finance with a view to establish the best offer.

We state that in order to realize the technical project and of the details for the execution (architecture, structure, installations), we began the proceedings for the public acquisition through auction. The announcements for auction were published in SEAP (the electronic system for public acquisitions - www.e-licitatie.ro) and in the Official Gazette. All the societies that have sent their offer have got the necessary authorization for industrial security issued by O.R.N.I.S.S., which were requested by SPP through the technical conditions.
